dough. There will be an instructional lecture as well as hands-on experience in our lesson. The students will have a chance to form, cook and eat their own mini pizzas. Additionally, while the pizzas are cooking, they will also learn about the history of pizza as well as the many different kinds seen around the world. Amy is from Minnesota and has been living in South Korea for almost 5 years. She enjoys reading, traveling and shopping in her free time. Daniel and Brian are from Ireland and have been living in Daegu for 4 and 5 years respectively. Daniel’s hobbies include cooking, watching movies and occasionally exercising. Daniel is looking forward to class, as he will enjoy cooking and eating with the students. Brian learned to appreciate homemade, stone baked pizza while he was teaching in the southern Italian city of Bari.
We are all very exited to have some fun in the class and hopefully make some delicious pizza. See you there. |
