Two of the most commonly used words that I hear students confuse are fun and funny. While they are both positive in nature and can be used as adjectives (�����⑹��), they have very, very different meanings. Here are some easy tips to figure out which one you should use based on the situation.

Let���s begin with fun. Fun can be used as an adjective or as a noun, and it means;
���when you enjoy yourself and have a good time���.
Example: Playing baseball is FUN because you enjoy yourself and have a good time.

Now, let���s look at funny. Funny is an adjective that means;
���a situation, person or thing that makes you laugh���.
Example: A joke is FUNNY because it makes you laugh.
