KIU���s Department of Geo-informatics Engineering and Hong Kong Polytechnic University���s Department
of Land Surveying and Geographic Intelligence formed a mutual exchange agreement at Hong Kong
Polytechnic University on January 23rd.

With this agreement, both parties will cooperate joint research and sharing study hardware as well
as engage in student and academic exchange.

Hong Kong Polytechnic University was founded in 1997 and employs about 1000 faculty members and
about 16,000 students are enrolled in a 9.3ha campus.
