Kim Yeo-Rin, from the department of industrial design at KIU, made a contract with ���Ucanfunding���, which is a funding company which has the number 1 access rate in Korea.
As a crowd funding company or social funding company, ���Ucanfunding��� opens writer���s own creative projects on the Internet and gets investment from numerous people.

The design that Kim Yeo-Rin made was a ring which has a word ballon plate with a size of 5*0.8cm so we can carve a message to ourselves or to the person one would give it to.

���Even though we wear a ring without special meaning, people would understand it differently, so I designed this ring and also when we give a ring as a present, I designed for it to go with the message which is matching with that person.��� She said, and ���It is still very unfamiliar to get funding like this, but I think this will be a great experience whatever the outcome.���

Kim Dae-Sung who bridged this project said, ���This would be a new teaching method which uses SNS quite freely, while we don't follow the traditional dependent design education system.���

After Kim, Yeo-Rin���s funding, a tissue case bringing up the image of a ship which was made by Kim Eun-Soo, from the department of industrial design is waiting for the next stage of funding as well, so students will have many chances to experience designing, producing, and investing together.
