The KIU Business Incubation Center has been selected as the best business incubator center by the Gyeongbuk provincial government and the small and medium business administration.

The Gyeongbuk provincial government announced the result of the selection for a superior business incubation center on the 19th of May and the KIU Business Incubation Center was selected as the best business incubation center, and will be given 60,000,000won as a support fund. Also, the KIU Business Incubation Center received a superior rating from the ���2013 Business Incubation Center Administration Evaluation��� implemented by the small and medium business administration. Since 2003 when KIU opened the business incubation center, it has been chosen as the best center for 11 consecutive years and firmly established as the biggest business incubation center in the Daegu and Gyeongbuk area.

KIU has produced many pre entrepreneurs after it was selected as a leading business start-up university in 2011, and KIU supports from the early stage of start-up business while linking moving into the center, providing mentoring about technology, and management.
