KIU has been selected for the past for years by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology for the University Education Capacity Enhancement Project.
Selected on the basis of an objective formula, 80 universities will share 300 billion won.
The dean of the planning office, Bu Ki Dong said, "The fact that our university was selected for 4 years in a row proves continuous soundness, and our having been made a part of this infrastructure building will contribute to the future of  Kyungil University and its students.
