The programs of Mechanical Engineering, Controlled Robotics Engineering, and Electrical Engineering were officially primary-accredited from the Accreditation Engineering Education Institute.

Primary-accreditation is granted to a program in which there are no certified graduates, and when a graduate is certified, via interim assessment, it is then transferred to principal-accreditation status.

The ABEEK Licence Program is meant to narrow the gap between industry and academia. It also helps obtain certification in the university's accreditation process with public institutions.
