On May 29th (Mon), Kyungil University (President Hyun Tae Chung) signed a business agreement for mutual exchange with the Daegu Women & Family Foundation (President Chung Il-seon).
According to the agreement, the two organizations are going to cooperate with each other for the purpose of consulting and reviewing research projects; revitalizing joint projects; holding joint research and academic seminars; and conducting on-site training and volunteer activities.
President Chung said, “Through this agreement, we hope that Kyungil University and the Daegu Women & Family Foundation (DWFF) will cooperate on various policies and programs in order to protect and care for women and multi-cultural families.”
Chung Il-seon, the president of DWFF said, “In addition to the student exchange programs that the organization currently has with Kyungil University, we will expand the programs to various fields and lead the way for women and their families to build a happy Daegu.”
The DWFF was founded in 2012 by Daegu Metropolitan City and has promoted the development of women and family policies and various education programs. This foundation and the students in the department of firefighting and disaster prevention have been carrying out safety diagnostic services together.
