- Kyungil University, stood out in the Gyeongbuk industry-university cooperation competition
- Prof. Kwon Dae-Heok received the governor’s commendation, Prof. Yoon Eun-Joon received a commendation from the director of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups

 

Professor Kwon Dae-Hyuk (male, 57 years old, photo center) of Kyungil University, received a commendation from the Governor of Gyeongsangbuk-do for the "17th Gyeongbuk Industry-University Cooperation Technology Competition". Professor Yoon Eun-Joon (male, 45 years old, photo left) of the cyber security department won a commendation from the director of the small venture enterprise division in Daegu and Gyeongbuk provinces.

Professor Kwon Dae-Hyeok has continued his activities to support local SMEs and has been recognized for his accomplishments in delivering to Siemens, a global company, through R & D projects with IMP System.

Professor Yoon Eun-Joon has published 30 academic papers related to technology, such as: smart card security, RFID, electronic attendance, and about 100 SCI papers and 40 domestic papers in information security field through cooperation with local companies. It was recognized that he contributed greatly to the development of the information security industry.

Meanwhile, this event wass an event hosted by the Gyeongbuk Provincial Council for Industry, Academy and Research, jointly hosted by Gyeongsangbuk-do, Daegu and Gyeongbuk small and medium-sized venture business units to promote regional economic development through local SME technology development information exchange, human network construction and the promotion of developed products.
