Our school���s curling team was chosen for junior national sports players for consecutive years, winning at ���2022 Korea Junior Curling Championship���.

They defeated Euijeongbu���s G-Sports Club 8-2 in the men's competition and have got a winning trophy for two consecutive years. The competition was held at the Jincheon Athletes' Village in Choogbuk province for five days from last Wednesday(26th of Oct.) to Sunday(30th of Oct.).

As a result, the curling team was selected as national players, and is going to attend ���2023 World Junior and World Junior Curling Championship B���.

Eun Bin Kim (sophomore, sports coaching major), who is in charge of skip, said ���Republic of Korea was promoted from competition B to A for the world junior championship this year.��� She also addressed ���I got the championship at Gangneung Competition in 2017, and I���d like to win another one at the world junior championship which is supposed to be held in Germany next year.���

Hyo Jun Kim(freshman, sports fusion major) who is in charge of third said ���I have won the competition in cooperation with team members for the first time since I entered the university team.��� She added ���I���ll keep going to the best so that I can be on top of the field.���

Jung Min Pyo(sophomore, mechanical design major) who is in charge of second assured himself ���I���ll make a good result from next year���s championship by honing more and more based on my experience with last year���s world junior championship.���

Jin Hoon Kim(freshman, sports fusion major) who is in charge of lead said ���It���s even more meaningful for me to win since I started as a candidate last year and have moved up to be picked out now, so I���ll play the best in the world championship as well.���
