Our university received a certificate of appreciation from the Gyeongbuk Fire Headquarters on the 26th (Wednesday) at the International Conference Hall. This certificate was awarded to our university for creating a promotional video to promote community safety culture and to publicize the Gyeongbuk Fire Headquarters.

The promotional video produced by professor Lee Jae-wook, the head of the School of Photography & Motion Picture, along with 10 current students and 4 graduates, effectively captures the daily lives of firefighters. It vividly portrays the urgency of their response processes, including rescue missions and emergency medical care, effectively conveying the tension at the scene and the hard work of the firefighters.

On the day of the certificate of appreciation ceremony, President Jung Hyun-tae and frontline firefighters, including Park Ki-hyung, the Head of Response and Prevention at Gyeongbuk Fire Headquarters, attended. They watched the promotional video together and offered words of encouragement to professor Lee Jae-wook and the students who had produced the video.

Park Ki-hyung, the Head of Response and Prevention at Gyeongbuk Fire Headquarters, commented that the video effectively conveys the stories of firefighters from their perspective. He also stated, "This video will greatly contribute to the promotion of community safety culture and our organization's visibility.���

President Jung Hyun-tae expressed his delight, saying, "I am pleased that we can contribute to the spread of local safety culture by utilizing our university's capabilities." He also mentioned, "We will continue to engage in various activities that can contribute to the local community in the future."
